TERMS

  • Non-smoking home.

  • No pets allowed.

  • The house sleeps six. Six (6) is the maximum number of people allow to use/stay at the house.

  • The weekly rate is $1700 plus taxes.

  • You will be asked to send a check for $250 to reserve your week. If you cancel, the deposit be will be returned only if your week can be re-rented. Your check will be deposited and held against damages, and will be refunded by mail within two weeks after check-out.

  • The rental fee is due at check-in, payable by traveler's check, money order, or cash.
